Tyler shook his head. "I just know Rissa. And I don't think she knows Sam." He glanced at the small girl, who shook her head as well.

"Rissa? That's a cute pet name." She chuckled slightly, giving up on her hiding of her tail and ears. Now, she simply let it hang limp, assuming that the two women would take it for a cosplayer's tail. She shifted her weight and glanced at Tyler, wondering if Marissa knew of his powers or not.

With a sigh, the cat girl stood up, and ran quickly to grab her coat and hat. She ran back, both articles back on, and smiled. "Well, I need to go..." she purred, eyes flashing as some memory hit. "I have...ah... Business, to do! Pleasure meeting you, Rissa!" She bowed to the little girl, her smile genuine. Something about her, well, little-ness made her happy, glad an innocence existed.

She turned to Tyler, tilting her head slightly to the left. Her hair that wasn't trapped by the beret fell to the side. She wasn't exactly eager to leave this new 'friend' (that was a bit of an exaggeration: more like, fighting buddy) with the interesting powers. After all, how often did you see a shifter/emotion reader? "Ah... Um...." She tripped a bit over her words, not really sure what to say.

Tyler grinned at her. "Great to meet ya, too, catgirl. Maybe I'll see you around." He then shrugged and said,"Well, I'll be off, too. Nice to meet you, Sam." Marissa looked up at Momo and smiled brightly. "Was nice to meet you, too, Miss Momo!"

"Ahhh..." She sucked in a breath, not used to asking people to stay. In fact, she was used to pushing them away and telling them to 'shove off'. Biting her lip, she managed a slight scowl and asked, "Would you guys, ah, like to, um, come and check out my inn?" She asked, tapping her converse-clad shoes slightly. "It's not finished, in fact only part of it's furnished, but, ah, I dunno. Maybe get some food or something?" She couldn't cook worth squat; she'd offer a homemade dinner, but it might end up eating them.

Tyler blinked slowly. "Hm... I suppose I could...." He then grinned. "I'll be doing the cooking." Teasingly, he snitched her beret and tossed it into the air, catching it, then tossing it up again. But suddenly it stopped and glided back down to Momo. Marissa glared at Tyler. "Not nice, Ty!" she scolded,"Not nice!"

Readying herself to kick the man in the shins, she stopped as the beret floated back to her. "Um. Interesting wind current..." she muttered, holding it on her head, sticking her tongue out at Tyler. It had seemed that the fight had sucked out her hostility; perhaps, all she had needed was to beat the crap outta someone. For some reason, however, the floating hat was a mystery to her; she felt nothing in the air, though surely it wasn't the wind.... "Oh, and thanks... Ah, I can't really cook..." she muttered, sticking out her lower lip a bit.
